The pleated pale blue tulle trim,  is the defining feature of this piece, hand-set around the brim edge for a couture millinery finish.

The Fit

Lined in 100% pure silk and secured with a millinery comb and discreet millinery elastic, this hat is designed to tilt beautifully and stay perfectly in place from the first race to the final toast.
