Description

A medium sized percher cocktail hat blocked with buckram, wired, padded with light wadding and covered with black and white houndstooth pattern fabric.
It is decorated with a single wired pleated crinoline swirl with black grosgrain binding edge, a single satin and chiffon black rose, a curled, printed Ostrich feather quill spine and fillers made of black open weave veiling.

This hat base suspends gracefully over the wearer’s face and sits on a custom made “banana band” covered with black satin and secured with millinery elastic. It looks amazing from every angle!
